Venues
Crowd-scale weapon detection with human-verified alerts — from stadiums to concert halls.

The Challenge
Entry screening is one layer — not a complete solution
Entry-point limitations
Traditional venue security screens at the gate — but weapons can enter through staff access, performer entrances, or simply slip through under pressure. Entry screening is one layer, not a complete solution.
Crowd density and noise
In a packed stadium or arena, a threat can be metres away from thousands of people. The speed of escalation in a dense environment demands sub-minute detection and response capability.
Precise location at scale
Knowing a threat exists is not enough. Security teams need to know exactly where — a section, a gate, a concourse — to respond effectively without creating a secondary crowd incident.
24/7 operational demand
Venues host events across every day and every hour. The Talos V3 monitoring capability operates continuously — not just when events are on, ensuring coverage during load-in, rehearsals, and staff-only periods.
The Solution
In-venue intelligence. At crowd scale.
Talos V3 monitors every zone of your venue — continuously, throughout the entire event lifecycle. Talos V3 identifies threats in the stands, concourses, and backstage areas in real time. Every detection is immediately reviewed by a human operator before an alert reaches your control room.
When an alert is issued, your security team receives the precise location, live camera access, and threat detail — enabling a fast, targeted response that minimises disruption to the wider crowd.

Common Questions
Frequently asked
Does Talos V3 replace entry screening at venues?
No — and it is not intended to. Talos V3 is a layer of continuous in-venue monitoring that operates after entry. It is most effective when deployed alongside, not instead of, entry controls. The combination closes the gaps that entry-only screening leaves.
How does precise location work in a large venue?
Each camera in the system is mapped to a specific zone or area within your venue. When a threat is detected, the alert includes the camera identifier and zone label so your team knows exactly where to direct a response.
Can the system handle the load during a major event?
Yes. Processing and human operator capacity scales to match the monitoring load. During very large events, First Cordon can arrange enhanced operator coverage on request.
What types of weapons does Talos V3 detect?
Talos V3 is designed to detect visible firearms and edged weapons. Detection is dependent on the weapon being visible to a camera — concealed weapons that are never exposed to a camera view cannot be detected by any camera-based system.
